How do I convert iso files into .pkg files? I can't find a decent tutorial anywhere. I have some PS3 games on my computer I can't play because they're iso files, but all the ones that are .pkg files play fine.

General question - My beard hair is very coarse. How do I get it to be softer and straighter? Also, all of a sudden it will grow a long hair here, longer spot there, and it's quickly uneven. Can anything be done about it growing so unevenly all of a sudden?
